Hello everyone, we all go through the pain of having to extract text from PDF/images/scanned copies. It is a huge pain as we have to install some software/payment for websites to get it done.

Now we can get it done online without any pain and more importantly it is Free.

Now lets check it out, procedure is same for mobile as well as website.

All you need is to login to your google account and just access the link mentioned below.

https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive

Click My drive and you will get option Upload files

Click the upload files and select the file from the window

Once uploaded the file will be shown in the files sector as shown in the image below where I have uploaded a image named as "A" containing text which I want to extract.

Now right click the file you want to extract text from and you will get a drop down from which you have to select Open with and then select google docs

Just wait for a minute you will be getting a page in google docs with editable text and that's it.

You can either edit it directly in google docs or copy the text required as per your requirement.

similarly you can do it with a pdf/image/scanned pages as well.
